Just a few meters from La Almadraba Beach in El Verger, and a few kilometers from Denia, this town is taking shape. A project that defies convention, whose sole purpose is to make the impossible a reality: a collection of residential developments that aspire to become a sustainable, healthy, and environmentally conscious community. This project is your sustainable home.Always striving for the utmost respect for nature, the project is designed with brilliant sustainable strategies: systems for collecting, channeling, and reusing rainwater that will give life to a lush, sustainable ecosystem; refreshing gardens of native species that require virtually no maintenance; large arrays of solar panels for generating energy for self-consumption; and even multiple charging stations for electric vehicles.Luxury is having everything you need while respecting the ecosystem around you.Homes with perfect layouts. The second phase of the development will feature 32 homes with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms.

The buildings are designed as compact volumes—a response to the constant pursuit of efficiency by the residential complex’s architects and designers. These design choices, implemented at various key points throughout the complex, will ensure that your home maintains the ideal temperature in both winter and summer. But without a doubt, the main feature of these homes will be their large terraces. With their balanced proportions, they are the ideal spaces for enjoying outdoor living. The connection between the living room and these spacious terraces will unify your home as a single living space where the interior blends seamlessly with the exterior.Furthermore, the construction is expected to have a minimal impact on the entire surrounding area. The careful selection of building materials ensures that you can permanently enjoy the extraordinary views offered by the natural surroundings of this development.

The common areas of this project have a deeply natural feel. As you walk through its various areas, you’ll find spaces perfect for strolling, exercising, and—above all—cycling.Get together with your partner, family, or friends at the social clubs; enjoy open plazas sheltered from the sun; and unwind in cool spots surrounded by lush greenery and a constant flow of fresh air.
